General Terms Applicable to All Promotions
- Eligible Products: All promotions apply exclusively to the Mitsubishi Electric AP Plus range.
- Back-to-Back Installation: For the purposes of these promotions, a back-to-back installation refers to the installation method where the indoor and outdoor units of the heat pump are mounted on opposite sides of the same wall. This setup ensures a direct and efficient connection between the units.
- Installation Limits: The promotional pricing includes back-to-back installation with up to 3 meters of pipe work and power supplies up to 15 meters. Any additional pipe work or power supply requirements beyond these limits will incur extra charges and will be invoiced separately.
- Scope of Work: The promotions cover standard installation services only. Any additional work or modifications beyond the standard installation scope will be billed at the prevailing rates.
- Eligibility: Offers are valid for new installations at residential properties only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Payment: Full payment for heat pump installations will be due upon receipt.
- Forms of payment: No finance or credit options will be available for this promotion.
- Travel Charges: For installations outside the Taupō town limits, additional travel charges may apply. These charges will be calculated based on the distance from Taupō and will be invoiced separately.
- Non-Transferable: Offers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
